Phenomenal instructors!!! Amazing and challenging classes!!! And the most cheerful and genuine people. They absolutely want you to reach your goals, and will push you to beyond what you think you can do, because they believe that you can.

Not only do they bring their energy, positive attitudes, and enthusiasm, but it reflects in the whole class. The whole class is full of energy and positive spirits that you push yourself further than before and don't even realize it!
I love that we have the option to attend live classes from home... If I didn't get to see my favorite people each day, it would get pretty boring (and depressing). Thank you guys for bringing this to us each day, it gives me one more thing to look forward to!

Fantastic group of instructors! They have gone above and beyond to give me and the group the support we so need ... From our zoom workouts to uplifting quotes to sharing recipes, they have been been a bright fixture in my day... they have done a wonderful job of bringing the classroom to us!
Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors who help you achieve your end goals. Classes are fun while making you work hard. You always get the feeling of satisfaction of a great workout at the end of each class.
I doubt that if I still had my gym membership that I would get out and go... I've worked out more this year than I did the last two years. I hook up my laptop to the TV in the living room and I've worked out in the bedroom.
Highly recommended, the team is passionate, engaging & fun. The classes offered have something for everyone and I love that they always provide alternative steps to accommodate every level.
